Welcome to Chongqing, one of China's most dynamic and visually stunning cities! Upon arrival at the airport or train station, your driver will greet you with a B-class sedan and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to relax and begin exploring this fascinating city at your own pace. Your guide will contact you in the evening with tomorrow's pick-up time.


Day 2: Wulong's Natural Wonders – Three Natural Bridges, Fairy Mountain & Impression Wulong

Meals: Breakfast / Hundred Families Feast / Mountain Claypot Chicken

Accommodation: Wulong or Pengshui (4-diamond hotel)

Photography Focus: Karst bridges, alpine meadows, and a spectacular outdoor performance.

Morning: Journey to Wulong (approx. 3.5 hours)
After breakfast at the hotel, we depart for Wulong County, home to some of the most dramatic karst landscapes in the world.

Midday: Hundred Families Feast

Afternoon: Three Natural Bridges
Enter a world of colossal stone arches, deep gorges, and lush vegetation. This UNESCO World Heritage site has served as a backdrop for major films including Transformers 4 and Curse of the Golden Flower. Fairy Mountain
Known as the "Switzerland of the East" or the "Southern China Prairie," Fairy Mountain offers a completely different landscape—rolling green hills, grazing cattle, and wildflowers. Take the scenic train to explore this high-altitude meadow paradise. (approx. 90 minutes)

Evening: Mountain Claypot Chicken Dinner & Impression Wulong
After a hearty dinner of local claypot chicken, prepare for an unforgettable experience. Impression Wulong, directed by Zhang Yimou and his team, is an open-air performance set against a natural karst valley. Featuring over 100 local performers, it brings to life the ancient "work songs" and folk culture of the region. (This is a complimentary gift—non-refundable if canceled due to weather.)

Return to your hotel for a good night's rest.


Day 3: Ayin River – Miao Tea Ceremony – Wujiang Gallery – Gongtan Ancient Town – Tujia Folk Show

With its exquisite Qing dynasty architecture, stilted Tujia houses, and serene atmosphere, it's easy to see why the artist Wu Guanzhong called it "a Tang street, a Song city, the home of our grandparents." Evening: Wild Mushroom Chicken Soup Feast & Tujia Intangible Cultural Heritage Show
After dinner, enjoy a performance of traditional Tujia arts at the West Qin Guild Hall. Watch skilled performers demonstrate ancient practices including Masks Yang OperaTujia gongs and drumsWeeding songs, and even fire-walking rituals. (This is a complimentary gift—non-refundable if canceled.)

Day 4: Jiuli City – Light Rail Through Building – Jiefangbei – Hongyadong – Bridge Walk with Hot Pot

(Note: There are souvenir shops selling ethnic crafts within the park—these are not part of our itinerary.)

Midday: Miao Long Table Banquet
Experience the hospitality of the Miao people with a traditional long-table feast, where multiple dishes are shared family-style.

Afternoon: Light Rail Through Building
Witness one of Chongqing's most iconic sights—the monorail train passing directly through a residential building. We'll view this marvel from the designated observation platform. (approx. 20 minutes)

Jiefangbei & Pedestrian Street
Visit the heart of Chongqing, centered around the monument commemorating victory in the War of Resistance. This bustling pedestrian zone is perfect for people-watching and soaking in the city's energy. (approx. 60 minutes)

Evening: Hongyadong
As dusk falls, we enter the magical world of Hongyadong, a complex of stilted houses built into a cliff face. Illuminated by thousands of golden lights, it resembles a scene from Spirited Away. (approx. 60 minutes)

Hot Pot Dinner with a View
Enjoy Chongqing's most famous culinary export—spicy hot pot—with a spectacular view of the illuminated skyline.

Qiansimen Bridge Walk
After dinner, take a leisurely stroll across the Qiansimen Bridge. From this vantage point, you'll see Hongyadong glowing across the water and the futuristic skyline of Yuzhong Peninsula—a perfect ending to your Chongqing experience. (approx. 30 minutes)

Return to your downtown hotel.


Day 5: Departure from Chongqing

Important Note on Discounts: This tour package is offered at a special group rate. Therefore, no refunds or discounts are available for students, seniors, or holders of special passes. All entrance fees are prepaid at a bulk rate.

Physical Requirements: This tour involves moderate walking on uneven surfaces (ancient streets, natural trails). Comfortable walking shoes are essential. The Wulong area involves some stairs.

Dietary Restrictions: Meals are authentic local cuisine with strong flavors. If you have specific dietary needs (vegetarian, allergies, etc.), please inform us at booking. The hot pot can be adjusted for spice level.

Gratuities: Tipping your guide and driver is appreciated but not mandatory.

Weather and Flexibility: Your guide may adjust the itinerary slightly due to weather or crowd conditions to ensure you have the best experience. The outdoor performances (Impression Wulong, Tujia Show) may be canceled due to rain—they are complimentary and non-refundable if canceled.
